Bubble Draw
Requirements
- click on empty space should create a random-size bubble
- new bubbles should be selected by default
- click on existing bubble should select the bubble
- click on UP arrow should enlarge the selected bubble
- click on DOWN arrow should shrink the selected bubble
- user should be able to switch color theme (dark/light)
